Endangered Species - Choir

Christian churches nowadays seldom have a choir. Why? Because most choir rehearsals takes more than an hour. You also need a choir teacher and sometimes a pianist to help.

I made this website to share the practice CDs (in mp3 format) we used in our church (FFBC). I simply recorded each part of the choir, so that the members can bring it home to practice. I asked our choir to practice it at least 20 minutes a day. Then we usually have a 30 minutes rehearsal during Sunday. Usually, the choir will be ready after 2 Sunday rehearsals and perform the song.

With this system, we cut our rehearsal time in haft, and the choir is more confident on their parts. I hope this is helpful. Simply download the parts (in MP3 format). This mp3 files can be used also to small groups like a Quartet, Trio, or Duet.

To God be the glory.
